Used robot Kuka KR30 robot 9 axis H positioner Fronius TPS4000

Kuka KR30 six axis industrial robot coupled with an H positioner double station, servocontrolled. 9 axis system.

The Mig/Mag arc welding system includes a TPS4000, 400 Amperes synergic liquid cooled power source, torch cleaning station, light barriers and Fronius welding torch with anticolision.

The distance head-tail stock is 2000 mm. The KR30 is a fast and accurate 6 axis robot, 2000 mm radious arm reach.

Equipped with KRC2 welding controller, 5.2.14 software version on winXP and Arc20 software welding package. System tested and fully operational.
